Therapy for Sexual Trauma in California

Helping you heal, reclaim your body, and reconnect with yourself.

Experiencing sexual trauma can leave deep, lasting impacts—on your sense of safety, trust, and even your identity. You may carry invisible wounds that affect your relationships, your ability to feel at home in your body, or your sense of worth. If you’re here, you might be searching for relief, understanding, or simply a way to feel whole again.

You are not alone. And healing is possible.

Do any of these experiences resonate with you?

  • You find it hard to trust others—or even trust yourself.

  • You feel stuck in cycles of self-blame, guilt, or confusion.

  • Intimacy feels unsafe, too difficult, or you avoid it altogether.

  • You minimize your pain or question whether what happened to you “was really that bad.”

These are normal responses to trauma. What happened to you was not your fault. And you don’t have to carry it alone.

You deserve to feel safe, whole, and empowered again.

Imagine feeling grounded in your body. Imagine having tools to calm your nervous system when memories arise, and the ability to set clear boundaries with confidence and self-trust. Imagine no longer defining yourself by what happened to you—but by your resilience, your wisdom, and your inner strength.

Through trauma-informed therapy, this is possible.

Trauma Therapy Tailored to You

I specialize in working with survivors of sexual trauma using evidence-based, body-centered approaches. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s stored in your nervous system and psyche—and help you move toward lasting healing at a pace that feels right for you.

Modalities I use include:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process and desensitize traumatic memories.

  • Somatic Therapy to reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and restore a sense of safety.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you work with protective parts and wounded inner selves with compassion and curiosity.

What to Expect in Therapy

Our sessions are 50 minutes and one-on-one. My priority is creating a space that is safe, validating, and empowering. Here's what you can expect:

  1. Safety first – We’ll begin by building trust and helping you feel safe and grounded.

  2. Understanding your story – You get to share only what you feel ready to share. I listen with care and without judgment.

  3. Addressing immediate needs – We’ll work on calming symptoms like anxiety, panic, or dissociation.

  4. Clarifying your goals – Whether you want to improve relationships, feel more in control, or reclaim joy, we’ll tailor our work around what matters most to you.

  5. Deep healing – When you’re ready, we’ll gently explore and process the deeper wounds, using EMDR, Somatic Therapy, and IFS.

  6. Integration – Over time, you’ll notice more inner peace, self-compassion, and the ability to engage more fully in your life.

Healing from sexual trauma is not about rushing or pushing. It’s about reconnecting with the parts of you that have been silenced or frozen—and learning how to feel safe in your own skin again.
