Therapy for Adults Online Across California

Hi, I’m Morgan Fleming.

I’m a therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, and life transitions. My passion is helping people feel more grounded in themselves, build meaningful connections, and return to living life fully—with more ease, clarity, and love.

My Journey

Like many of my clients, I’ve gone through seasons of feeling like an outsider—more anxious, more emotional, more dissatisfied—especially as I entered midlife. I spent years comparing myself to others, wondering why things felt harder for me. It wasn’t until I began working with a Jungian therapist that I started to embrace my uniqueness and trust my own path.

Jungian therapy’s focus on individuation—becoming your most authentic self—resonated deeply with me. It changed my life, and it continues to shape how I show up for my clients: with depth, openness, and empathy.

My Approach

Clients often tell me I’m a grounded listener who can hold space for the hard stuff. I have a gift for tuning into what's unspoken, seeing the strengths others may overlook, and walking alongside people as they make sense of their experiences.

In sessions, I aim to:

  • Uncover what's beneath the surface

  • Offer a clear, empathetic perspective

  • Help you heal from the past and navigate the present

  • Support you in creating meaningful change

Whether we’re talking about anxiety, relationships, or life direction, we’ll explore it together—at your pace

What Inspires Me Outside the Therapy Room

I’ve always been deeply curious about people and cultures. I love to travel, dance, and listen to music from around the world. These passions feed my soul and remind me of the beauty in culture and community. This creative spirit shows up in my work, where I hold space for your whole story, including the cultural and personal influences that shape who you are.
