IVF + FERTILITY THERAPY IN CALIFORNIA

You deserve more than survival mode.

Nobody told you it would feel like this.

You knew IVF would be hard. You prepared for the injections, the appointments, the waiting. What you didn't prepare for was losing yourself somewhere in the middle of it.

The obsessive hope followed by crushing grief. The way your body stopped feeling like yours. The distance that's grown between you and your partner not because you don't love each other, but because you're both drowning and neither of you knows how to say it. The anxiety that spikes the moment you walk into the clinic. The libido that quietly disappeared. The version of yourself you used to know, who feels very far away right now.

This is the part of IVF nobody puts in the pamphlet. And it's exactly what we work on here.

You’re tired of:

  • Holding it together when you're falling apart inside

  • Feeling like your body is a science experiment, not a home

  • Pretending at work that everything is fine

  • The distance you feel from your partner, your friends, and from yourself

  • The anxiety that hits before every appointment, every test, every result

how i can help

Therapy during IVF that goes beyond coping strategies.

This isn't just about managing stress. IVF can be a traumatic experience for many women and it deserves to be treated like one. This is a place to actually process what's happening.

We work with what's actually happening. The grief of each cycle. The complicated feelings about your body. The relationship strain that nobody warns you about. The identity questions that surface when you're deep in a process that has taken over everything.

I also bring somatic work into our sessions. If you notice anxiety, shutdown, or activation when you're at the clinic or waiting for results your nervous system is responding to something real. We work with that directly, not around it.

You don't have to white-knuckle your way through this. There's another way.

imagine if you…

Felt like yourself again — not just a patient

IVF has a way of narrowing your whole identity down to one thing. This work is about staying a whole person through it, someone with desires, needs, a sense of humor, a life, even in the middle of all this.

Walked into your appointments feeling grounded instead of terrified

Your nervous system doesn't have to be at the mercy of every appointment, every call, every result. We work with your body's responses directly so you can show up present instead of braced and ready to advocate for your needs and wishes.

Felt less alone, even in your closest relationships

IVF puts an enormous strain on relationships — the pressure, the grief, the sex that stopped feeling like sex. This is a place to untangle all of it and to figure out how to have conversations with your partner or friends to get what you need at this tender time.

I want you to know:

What you're feeling makes complete sense.

You are going through something genuinely hard — something that asks everything of you physically, emotionally, and relationally. The intensity of what you're feeling is not weakness. It's a completely natural response to an extraordinarily demanding experience. You deserve support that actually meets you there.

Common questions about therapy during IVF

  • No. I work with women at every stage — whether you're just starting out, in the middle of a cycle, taking a break, or processing what happened after. Wherever you are in the journey, there's support available here.

  • No I don't advise on protocols, medications, or treatment decisions — that's your reproductive endocrinologist's territory. What I do is work with everything that happens around and underneath the medical experience — the emotional weight, the nervous system responses, the relationship strain, the identity questions.

  • It depends. Ethicially, we could both work with you as long as we are focusing on separate goals/issues. Feel free to reach out and we can discuss your particular situation further.
